Students are urged to contribute to the high tone of the school by their manners and general behaviour. Hence for the smooth running of the school, no student should bring to school any object liable to prove a source of disturbance.
Absolute silence must be maintained at all places during the teaching hours, whether it is the library, the computer room, the general assembly or on way to and from the class rooms etc.
It is compulsory to speak in English in the premises in order to facilitate the students the use of the medium of instruction. They should maintain proper language in their conversation.
Out of course books, news papers, periodicals, pictures, games, articles, transistors or any other electrical instruments not pertaining to their daily use should not be brought to school without the class teacher/Principal's permission. If detected or found to have bad influence on the fellow students, these will be confiscated and students found guilty may be punished.
The school does not accept responsibility for the loss of books, money, stationery etc. Each student is responsible for his/her own things. Bringing of valuables to the school is discouraged.
No fines or collection for purpose whatsoever may be made without the previous sanction of the Principal. So also presentation of gifts to members of the staff requires previous sanction both by students and parents.
The general Assembly is the most important part of the school day. Every student should be present for it to begin the day with prayer to God, and listen to the important announcements.
Students should be friendly, courteous and co-operative towards other students of the school, treating everyone with respect and conducting themselves in a dignified manner. Calling nick-names, spreading rumours etc. are strictly forbidden.
All must come to school in time, neatly dressed with lessons well prepared and home work done. Text and exercise books and materials for drawing, Art craft should be brought to school according to the day's routine.
Students should keep their classroom and their school compound spotlessly clean using the bins provided for waste paper and rubbish.
Students repeatedly coming late of forgetting to bring books or coming without the proper uniform may be punished.
All the pupils should be in school on the first day of each term without fail. Regular attendance is a pre-requisite to good education and an important factor in deciding promotion.
Students are allowed to enter other classroom only with the permission of a teacher.
Mere sending of an application is not sufficient, leave has to be sanctioned.
The school accepts no responsibility if a student is obliged to return home during school hours for non compliance of rules.
No leave of absence is given more than four days without a previous application in writing from the guardian.
All leave must be applied for in writing addressed to the Principal. No student shall proceed on leave without sanction and permission specially when the leave exceeds four days.
All children are expected to bring home made Tiffin with them for the noon recess and fast food. Do not send the Tiffin during later hours. (After lunch break)
All should actively participate in the school activity without any hesitation.
Parents must intimate the school whenever their residential address or telephone numbers are changed in order to communicate urgent matters to the in the interest of their children.
If a student is likely to be absent through illness for a long period, the Principal must be informed immediately through an application with the name, class and section of their ward.
Pupil suffering from contagious or infectious diseases should not attend school.
Tuitions are strongly discouraged. Private tuition in any subject from any member of the school staff is strictly prohibited. Parents who seek admissions in this school and look out for tutors, are taking a risk as they will depend on the sincerity of the tutors. Parents who have no time to give personal attention to their children should not admit or retain their children in this school.
